Should not feel pressure if he rules according to law. I do not like this judge. He allowed a public servant to act like an ass in his courtroom. As a citizen, that is a terrible sign. McAfee should not be a judge.

He straightened it out pretty fast. Very few judges livestream all their court days and that shouldn’t be forgotten

Yeah, the case is about a lot of public servants acting in concert to overturn the will of the public. So, Instead of litigating that, a personal attack was made and as anyone with dignity and self-respect would do, the DA got emotional on the stand. If you can't understand that, no words for you. I can see that as far away as from Australia, you don't seem to see the forest for its trees. It's a crucial case and the judge did fairly well in balancing the elements. As far as backlogs are concerned, it's the defendants fault dragging it along for delay.

Pressure? You either judge fairly or you don’t. Someone talking like that sounds like someone who has extreme bias and is afraid the decision might impact him politically.

I'm with you Judge McAfee. Just because I may not agree with a decision you make doesn't change the fact you're making positive changes and followingthe law. Remember that opinion is the lowest form of knowledge. You are following the law and that's exactly what your supposed to do. Stay strong.

This judge has let Willis walk all over him and disgrace his courtroom. There’s no way he didn’t see how Willis disrespected the entire process. She was allowed to interrupt you, speak without being Sona question and rule the rule the courtroom. A complete embarrassment and a huge laugh at democracy!!!!!!!!
