Saunders Waterford watercolour paper 5 x 3 inches approx 300gsm Cold Pressed On block.
Prussian Blue (Phthalo Blue)
Neutral Tint (Paynes Grey)
White Gouache (W&N)
Triple pot water pot
Size 10, 6 & 2 Black Velvet Brushes

Great idea, and lots of practice making a batch of them! 😅 Decided to do a moon instead of a star, (cutting a circle from washi tape as my cheap practice paper didn't let go of masking fluid 😂) and drawing in a tiny sled with reindeer flying across in front of the moon. Thank you so much 😊

I bought this a few years ago. It’s a small water, colour, paint box. I added my own pace. I don’t think you can buy this one more?

This is so simple but so beautiful. I do have a question though - I noticed you signed it? Is this because you are going to make prints? Would you sign it if you were just giving it to someone. I make watercolor Christmas cards every year to give to friends and some to sell - but I never sign them...? Just curious...Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

I signed the Christmas card because I was sending it to a friend and they made frame it and it’s nice to have a signature if you’re going to frame a painting.

do you ever spray your finished work with a fixative spray? I wonder about doing that when giving a card of bookmark. Enjoyed this tutorial!

I don’t often spray my paintings. I want usually store them in my plan chest or frame them to protect them. However, you can varnish watercolours you may find this article helpful:www.jacksonsart.com/blog/2021/03/22/watercolour-varnish-can-you-make-watercolour-waterproof/
