I get label stock for my inkjet printer. Avery makes precuts or whole sheets. Then you can print what ever you want. I love that you look for other material sources, not just printable files or expensive craft store supplies. Thanks so much. 😊
Oh my goodness, I have been laying in bed for the last week with the stupid Covid. Today was my first day of feeling halfway decent so I am definitely going to be back in my craft room here shortly! I have my afternoon project laid out for me now thank you so much for your suggestions and inspiration. PS. Yes 1953 is very old. That’s how old I am😂🤣
Hi Mike B -Got you beat I’ll be 79 nx mo. 09/1943. Just found this channel & love what she does & hv Subscribed to it. I have been trying my hand at journaling for almost 2 yrs. Only problem I have is that by the time I get everything together I’ve changed my mind a dozen time on the way I want to do the journal. But I love doing them. I like junk journals best.
Subscribed today !! Never have seen your videos. Love these labels and the corner cutting trick !! I have been a shabbydabbydoodah subby for several yrs and never saw it. Thanks for sharing !!!
Hi, Margreth -- I found a wonderful FREE resource for tags, labels and journaling cards. I pick up paint swatches at the home decor store. Different sizes but most are a heavier stock to give cards some substance. Stazon ink works well for stamping. Would love to see a video of you using these gems! Lin
I haven't finished watching yet but I wanted to stop and say, turn your corner rounders upside down so you can see the paper as you snip it. Such a small thing but it makes a difference!!
I finally got my Tim Holtz Field Notes stamp set so I am revisiting this vlog. by doing my own labels I can colour coordinate for my little projects. I will clip a few together to snip the corners, much quicker. I also got his tickets set, smaller than I expected, but I will stamp a page and then copy it at a larger size. Thks Margreth,
I love the idea of mass producing ephemera. Would you please do more mass production videos? You get more bang for your buck for the time spent! The labels were all so cute! Thanks!
Love your videos ❤. You can buy a punch to make the ticket corners. It is the same brand as your corner rounder. I have one and it makes the job easier and faster.

Oh the credit card thing is brilliant! I'm looking at office wall work board to see who wants to sacrifice to the corner making club....great video and just what I needed.
I watched your Fabulous Turorial bout two days ago..and I have made 30 of these already..I cant stop..hehe!!..👌😆💕💕...Thank you, thank you..so much fun to make..and a great idea for Journaling..love and Aussie hugs x🥰💕
These are fun! I love making my own things for journals, as opposed to buying everything. I can't afford all the pretty papers, ephemera packs, digitals and such. But I think it makes me think more and be more creative! At least I've convince myself of that...LOL. Thanks for sharing this, especially the measurments, as I never am sure what sizes things look and work best at.
Hi, love your ideas. I’m 70 years old and have been crafting for approximately 35-40 years. Started with cards have switched to scrapbooks. I just love your ideas in making labels. There is so many things I have accumulated over the years these labels should be easy, the only thing I have trouble with is the colours and where to put things. Watching you has made it seem easy. Thank you, I have subscribed to your channel.
Lol Margreth!! I looove your videos, sooo informative and helpful...and you are also very funny darlin! My husband tells me I'm batsh*t crazy ALL the time. I tell him he knew that when he married me and he happily went right ahead and married me anyway, so he should get off his high horse and question his own sanity and leave me the hell alone. 😁
You and Julie (Camellia Craft Designs) are just the best. Just love how you show alternatives for those of us who are beginners who don’t have so many supplies and equipment yet. Thanks so much for your very informative tutorials.
Love these. My brother served as a missionary in Amsterdam 1968-1971. He brought me wooden shoes as souvenirs. I’m going to dig it out to hold my scraps of ephemera. Tyft
What a lovely idea my daughter brought me a pair back from Holland nearly 30 yrs ago I just been putting my stamps in a little drawer unit from amazon x
Ooooolala🥰💕 Great vid - great project, Margreth! Definitely on the To Do list ☺ I love vintagebyme as well..... Do you have a favorite of hers? One of each, please 😉 Blessings~~~
Broke my knee and had surgery this week so in bed for awhile watching videos. So maybe this week can make some stamps and tags. Thank you for entertaining me!
Love these and thank you so much for the wonderful idea. I couldn't sleep last night so I mad 3 dozen and decorated 2/3's of them. I curved the corners on all. I made them from scraps of paper, book pages, and stickers from a couple different friends. I also get free books etc some times (for free) at the swap tent, once I even got 5 or 6 fancy paper scissors. I'm loving mine and can hardly wait to use them and make more. ☺♥
Love this video love your chat. It made me laugh when you said 1953 is old I’m old born a year later lol. Please who is Julie she sounds a laugh must find her please. Love these labels so handy xx
So sorry for saying 1953 is old 🤣🤣🤣 I have offended 2 people in a row with that comment. (Note to self: stop saying that’s old) Julie is from @cameliacraftsdesigns if you don’t know here channel you should definitely check it out. She is very talented and absolutely hilarious 👍🏻😘
@@SevenplazaCreative I was joshing you I’m old alright, the other day my 90 year old mum asked are you 80 made me laugh so much I said mum that means you were 10 when I was born so funny, in my head I’m still a teenager, but I love my life never been so happy I’m so blessed. Have a happy life my lovely xx
Just browsing RU-vid for journalling stuff and came across yours. Really love these labels, very simple but very effective and such a good use for scraps. Many thanks, now a subscriber xx
I love them. I know you said you are not big into Christmas but I would love to see you do Christmas ones. You may of already because this is my first video I have watched of yours. You were in my recommend list so I clicked on your video. I am now subscribed and plan on watching many more. Thanks for sharing. They turned out beautiful.
So cute. Will be making some. I don't have any labels yet. Do you know where I can find the little boxes or something similar. Keep bringing mor videos.
You popped up,on my RU-vid and I love these labels . Thank you for going step by step though the process . This will be something I try when my canning is done !
Hi Margreth. I'm a relatively new subbie and I am enjoying your channel very much! I have the same corner rounder. I have found a way to avoid most of the "misses". Turn it over and watch where the tip of your corner is actually placed. It made a big difference for me! I hope that helps!
Hi Rhonda, welcome and thanks for subscribing. I have been trying that trick , find it annoying that the cut off bits keep disappearing in the corner rounder 🤣
I just found your lovely channel this morning and I'll definitely be trying these! Loved the tip to keep the corners consistent too. You mentioned another you tuber that you follow that makes you laugh. Can you share more information on her? Blessings...
Definitely going to give this a go tomorrow when I go to a friend's house. A group of us craft together one day a week whatever we want to do but I find simple is best and this is perfect. Thank you xxxx
My first visit here & thoroughly enjoyed watching you create these labels! Appreciate your step by step process! Thank you so much for sharing how to! Watching you from Canada. Gilly. I’m saving your video so I can watch again while crafting xoxo
Great video. I will certainly make some labels. For information- you can get a toll similar to your corner rounder which cuts chamfered (straight) corners at 3 distances from the corner.
@@SevenplazaCreative I had no ideal I was just so excited to do your ideal going to make some anyway looked at her link she has so many good ones. I just started watching you.
Loved them. Thank you. I don't journal, so I don't know where I can use them. I will think of how to use this creativity. Many thanks. First time on your channel and it was a lovely experience! ❤
