I hope you make one of these. I made matching gift bags so if you give a small gift to a man, you can put it inside as you're making the bag, as once it's folded, the only way to get to the gift, is to rip it open. I was trying to make a calendar for birthdays and when I made the back cover, I put so much time and effort into it. I punched the holes to attach the back and realized I punched them on the wrong side and almost cried...but it's really funny to listen to me try to figure out what to do to save it. Thank you so much for the tutorial. It was easy to follow and you explained it well. I had to make a solid color tie and pocket because I didn't have more of the same paper. I cut out an itty bitty flower from some other paper and put it on the tie and cut a small triangle of that paper with the flower showing out of the pocket. It turned out cute. I am sure my son will love his birthday card. Thanks again!

Hi Sandy. I love your tutorial. Do you mind if I make a suggestion? To minimize the bulk under the collar before taping it down angle cut the corners on each side. This will minimize the bulk and the collar will lay down flat without the bulk. This is really helpful in a lot of projects that have too much bulk. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

I was surprised at how easy these are to make. So simple to do and if you have a small gift for whoever you're making this card for, you can make a gift bag the same way....only you can't take the present out without ruining the bag, so once it's in there, that's where it's staying. Rhonda, It's pretty fast to make and should be easier. Try to use a 12 x 12 piece of paper as it would be thinner and then you could always line the back like I did so that it's a little bit thicker. Shouldn't be too rough on your shoulder that way. Hope it's feeling better. Taking any Advil/Ibuprofen? Sandy

Sandy- this card is super cute. I have seen other shirt cards but yours is so amazing. I love that you covered up the back of the sleeves. When I made one a few days ago that was the part I did not like-- when the white part showed on the sleeves. I will keep your idea in mind when I make this card again. Kay, I didn't like the white sleeve backs either..Thought it made the card look unfinished. I thought the green card was fun with the pocket and tie being the same and keeping the pocket open for a triangle shaped pocket "square" where you could send a secret note, so fun for kids and dads...I really thought this was a fun one too. Arlene, It ends up to need a 5 1/2" x 6" envelope, so it's a pretty good sized card. I thought it was a lot of fun to make and really liked the second one better because I lined the back of the sleeves so it looked more finished to me. Roberta, I really am so grateful that you shared it and hope others will make it as well. It's such a fun card to make. I like making cards that are fun folds and have tried a lot of them. I just finished waterfall albums and made videos of those...They were probably the hardest to master (for me), but have great impact when you actually get them to work, haha. If you post some of the things from your facebook page on mine, I'd be happy to send people over to check yours out, but am really terrible at facebook. The most I know how to do is post my videos and respond to people and take their posts and make them big on mine (not even sure of the correct term for that.) But loved it. I've made file boxes with accordion sides boxes to hold cards ect something different

Lol I was taking a photo with Mum but had to edit her out. Many people can't figure how I could be happy as I was recently paralyzed and now stuck in a wheelchair.
