I think this was a perfectly judged and timed song to release. It shows a lot of important things very fast: 1) They can rock hard af, 2) Mayu can scream, 3) Mayu can do melody, 4) They can shred, 5) They can do transitions etc etc etc. Rather than making the listener sit through two verses of scream before getting to the cleaner vocal (which is what happens in 'Dissension'), this changes after just one verse. That's clever: it saves losing some listeners who aren't keen on metal screams by getting to a more melodic sound pretty quickly.
Nemophila and Kreator..... Surely you know that they have a strong connection. Saki and Fred (b) are really good friends since lat. They met when Fred played DragonForce, Saki played Mary's Blod. MB then opened for DragonForce in Hong Kong. From this time, Saki also support friendship, or rather, just stimulate it with Herman Li. A few days ago, Kreatoe had a concert in Tokyo and Fred invited Saki & Co. There is a photo of Saki, Fred, mayu and her husband (b). Of course Saki + Fred = Amahiru. Fred played on Saki's solo album Brightness... I definitely recommend you check out Mary's Blood. He really rocked at concerts.

Drummer TAM MURATA is a drummer who studied under Kozo SUGANUMA, who is said to be the same Japanese king of the tricks drummer as SENRI KAWAGUCHI, whom you previously reacted to. This is a crackin' good track - monster riffage! Can't get enough Nemophila. Hopefully, this is first track of the next album :-) I do always wish their guitar solos were another 4 bars (or 8 or...) longer. I get it you don't want to overstay your solo, but these ladies can and deserve more. How about you give Lovebites a go?
