The plain edamame snack packs are soooooo good, I put on S&S. Love that I can throw in my bag and have as an emergency protein source to prevent a drive through relapse.
If you don't like the greens solo, try mixing with your chocolate protein powder. I mix both my greens & collagen into my protein shake and the chocolate still tastes like chocolate!!
🛒 I wish we had a Costco. In my local area we only have a Sam’s and I feel like I miss out on some cool things! Today we deep cleaned the house, and I meal prepped to prepare for the return to school again tomorrow. It is so hard to get back into the routine!
🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒I use a food saver vacuum seal machine to freeze the meat, fish, chicken that I buy for many years now. Then if rib eye steak is on sale, I buy a few and repackage them using the vacuum seal bags. Salmon, packages of chicken. No freezer burn. I buy a few prime ribs when they are on sale at holiday time and vacuum seal. I love it. NO FREEZER BURN. Just thought I would share since you were talking about your freezer. Would love to see your freezer. I finally after all of these years, bought an upright freezer for my garage. Love it. Should have done that a long time ago. Also have a refrigerator freezer in my garage for extra storage and for parties.

Hi, I’m so glad I found your Contant. Thank you for posting. I have struggled all my life with losing weight. I have done everything from keto to Weight Watchers all while working out at the same time and I have never managed to lose more than 20 pounds recently my doctor has suggested looking at taking Zepbound for weight loss. Now I am trying to figure out if that works for me. The mount of detail you share helps me understand things a little bit better.

🛒🛒🛒 Have you tried Natures Garden Strawberry probiotic snacks? They are at Costco and wonderful. i could eat that entire watermelon, it looks so yummy! And yes to the freezer haul!!! A coworker has garden fresh cucumbers, i need to give that recipe a try. LOVE cucumbers!!!!!
