No motivational heavy lifts but I think those are the most important details that keeps the athletes healthy from injures and support them to lift heavier weights
I'm not blaming them (I am blaming whoever put them on the erg), but they have really bad erg form, coming from a university rowing background. What is the purpose of making these top tier athletes erg when there are conditioning exercises that don't come with as steep a learning curve?
The main purpose to use concept2 rower or versaclimb machines in their ttaining process is to broaden their training patterns. It is just simple training for having fun and nothing else, the same thing when weightlifters are playing ping pong.
