It great motivation, but we have only 5 minutes to complete to finish a class, but do not give me wrong those exercises are good for seminar, and great quality ,thank you!
Wow basically all these drills are “functional movement flow mobility coordination balance” etc.... cant replicate this stuff eith modern workouts!! Amazing
@@burungelang5062 because it exposes their shit , see BJJ guys are invented the wheel, they're only mistake...they copied judo...everything bjj is for guys who can't hack being thrown.
I always thought BJJ was a more maybe not superior but more technique emphasized defense style than Judo but I guess in that sense it is superior for that reason
does a pretty awesome drills I take Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and at the school I take it that they leave out most of those drills only the shrimping so far have I seen and that sideways crawling thing on your back whenever that's called
5:40 how will this make me better at grappling? This is the main issue I have with most martial arts. There's so much garbage built-in that is there due to inertia and legacy that is a complete waste of time. Even boxing, arguably the most effective martial art of all time, is guilty of this. A speedbag makes zero sense... and so does half the training in boxing... which is basically "how to throw a punch"... when in reality what makes you an good boxer is footwork, not how good you throw the punches.
Cardio, stamina, functional strength, conditioning There’s a lot more to fighting than just knowing technique and throwing a punch. You need to be in top shape or you won’t make it to the end of the fight or won’t have any power.
