Well done. Besides dancing Smooth and Rhythm I also have been teaching yoga for 22 years. Floor of the pelvis is so important! I wish more dance instructors would talk about it.
Another awesome tips from an AWESOME master! thanks a lot. I never listen before this attention to pelvic and yes, if when i started to dance, somone come to me and told "hey, everything you will go to dance, remember... Take Care of You Pelvic" yes, i would have think that he was crazy. Although... i'm thinking you're a little bit crazy. (i'm joking)
Just call me "lurch"!! 😂😂😂 thankyou for this, my balance in the saddle is pretty damn good, but on my own two feet when I'm trying to be gracefull, not so much! My coach has talked about this many times but I've really struggled with understanding how to make it happen, your explanation gave me a "ding ding ding" lightbulb moment, and I've started to try to incorporate it, along with everything else I have to remember to do. I can feel a real difference, so this video is very very helpful!
Awesome tips! I clicked since I sometimes get off balance in turns, but after watching I can definitely see how this can also help with keeping a smooth gait and not bumping against your partner! I’m definitely trying this in practice!
Face planting tatars hahaha Seriously tho, i love your enthusiam to teach others how to improve. Spending time working on my pelvic core has improved my dancing, although not as much as watching your live streams
💥💥💥 awesome to have you here and thank you for tuning in! There’s another video here on Posture Mastery that you will also want to watch, plus a free Masterclass to help you even more
