Truly, your filmography and narration/presentation are major cable network grade quality. Splendid video. How on earth do you not have more subscribers? :/ Ahh, ye. Lack of videos.
Thank you, this was a fascinating and beautifully filmed journey into a tiny fraction of the fungal world. The narration was very well done and the content visually rich. Great work!
I have subscribed to your channel. I will insert similar comments on rest of your videos. I trust with my positive nurturing feedback, you will cease this ill fainted lifestyle. Use your talents for industrial globalization for human consumption. with love from Ras Laffan Qatar
Absolutely amazing video, and really amazing quality in the videography. Out of curiosity, how did you guys film the time lapses? Also, along a similar vein to fungi, a dive into the way Lichens work could be really interesting as well. Anyways, amazing video.
Thanks very much! All the timelapses were shot in studio with dslr cameras and artificial lighting. We have a setup that allows us to trigger cameras and motion kit as well as control the lighting and humidifiers to keep the fungi happy and healthy throughout their growth.
The previous forest or wetland will now be converted into industrial grade laydown yard, ready to be harnessed for its true potential, for industrial application, for human consumption at overdrive. The landmass previously soft, with decay organic matter will be cleansed of organics and be able to support tracked 300 to 600 ton terex cranes without timber matting. The chemical application of quick lime is only shallow application to about 2.5 m deep. You need to go next level, and mobilize Delmag Diesel Hammers and Terex tracked cranes. Hammer into earth steel or concrete piles of 60 m length each. Ensure the piles are driven into the bedrock at 1 m spacing. These closely spaced piles will prevent any tree roots from ever maturing. Never in the future will trees grow in this industrial grade property. This land is now ready for industrial application. You need to find oil and natural gas in the earth below. I don't know this part, you will need to figure it out.
The millions of spores being spread across, reminds me of aeolian transport; very fine sand being formed into dunes (or landforms) by just the wind! So cool!
