George should do an interview about his production techniques. Those albums still stand out to me as actual soundshapes that aren't just stacked on top of each other. Someday, when we appreciate culture again, the kids are going to wonder how George built the pyramids. As much as I love that 70s, early 80s funk and the mention of Belita Woods and Gary Shider definitely perked my ears, I can't do $20 a month. I have enough recurring $5 and $10 charges as it is, however I would gladly pay to download some of that good ol funk to my already large P-Funk collection.
