Completely fake. Even a 6-year-old could EASILY hold that. It's just like those "scares" with the cell phones being thrown.. Someone made 1 popular video about that, then 10,000 people tried to copy it.. Then the few ones that didn't look fake that hit someone in the head or broke a windshield became popular.. even though they're more fake than Joan Rivers.

The lanyards are designed like a seat belt giving u the flexibility to work and the safety being attached so a big jerk will lock the lanyard the main thing is they wont fall off the building 👍

@@robm3007 We know how a lanyard works, apparently though most people don't seem to. you're not supposed to have it dangling out the side so that it creates a big swing when you fall out the building you're supposed to have it hooked in behind you so that you don't fall 15 feet out the window

The window one was them using a lift that wasn't rated for that weight. Those windows weigh a lot. As for the guy trying to be a martial artist and breaking the board, he could have done it on that board, if he'd strapped the ends down, instead he was left with a spring effect just immediately returning all that energy into his hand, instead of going through the board, simple physics can make a huge difference.

I have done drywall before and I used a 4 by 2 work bracing support to holding up drywall and ceiling tiles and wood beams by myself and sometimes I rent a adjustable pole to any heights to holding up any items or side walls by myself and learning how gravity works before I get a carpenter jobs but it is much more safer to have your partner helping out carpentry work and home repairs and groceries stores repairs like I have been working with both first grandpa and my step grandpa in carpentry work and home repairs since my mom divorced my dad when I was a baby because of alcoholic dad couldn't care for mom and me . Most of my family members are farmers and fisherman and hunters and woodworking and home builders making themselves a new house by themselves with a help from family members. I rather have helpers working with me than being by myself.

Good thing they didn't have smart phones or the internet back in the day. My first day on the job as a construction laborer, I was tasked with stacking a bunch of 2 x 4's that got delivered. Got them all stacked up nice and neat and the whole thing fell on top of me. Nothing hurt but my pride. Took weeks to live that down! 😂
