It is for 95% of men the more muscle you have better you’ll look at higher body fats also it depends where you hold fat but at 16% majority of men are going to look skinny fat definitely no ab definition he tripping tho saying TOO FAT it’s slightly over what you would want telling ppl to go for 12% as a base is insane 14 is good
@Oakland510 totally agree with you there bro. I think its ideal but not as practical nowadays. Plus we can agree none of our ancestors were 200 pounds plus and jacked under 10% bodyfat or even close.
@@ashtonamc1 yeah it’s definitely crazy saying ‘ it’s too fat’. I would say that’s the norm for a 40 year old but a man in his prime CAN do better and be around 14% at the minimum. Like Plato said “ it’s a dishonour for man to not know the best condition of his body”
@@emersonamaya9508just because your insecure doesn’t mean everybody else is. I was 148 pounds at 6 foot last year all time low in confidence. Im now 179 lean and way more comfortable in my own skin. It helps some people become comfortable in their own skin.
