Who uses the address of "Mister" or "Mrs." or "Miss" to a person of your own age? Nobody uses such terms any more.

I never shake hands with a woman and everyone understands. In our world Muslims are everywhere, and it is understood that one does not disparage them for their religious practices. We Jews have the same right not to be disparage for Jewish practices. There are a lot of much weirder things that people have accepted these days.

In regards to Question #1. If a Jew starts a business with Non-Jew, would there be an issue if the Non-Jew wants to operate the business on Shabbat, even if the the Jew decides not to benefit from that day’s profit?
