@@emmanuelmaggit4760 I get what you're going for, but some characters don't have to be on screen that much, to be a good character to resonate with. Even with his few appearances, you could tell he cared about the people he worked with. Also it may be just a work thing, but in his introduction he compared his previous job to being a sorcerer, which he hated both by the way, but preferred being a sorcerer more. That part hit me a little different, and just made me more interested in him.

Charge could actually be overpowered in lots of ways. Hypothetically he could create a suit like iron man’s and use his power to power the suit endlessly.

Having a target on something actually makes it easier to spot and hit. Bullseye would excel at recon and if you train him to shoot projectiles, he basically has a permanent "target-finder" on him. Half a second in the future? Are you serious? Give Future Sight martial arts training and this man will fuck anyone up in a fight.
