I don't understand how people who are so good at hearthstone like thijs think that sherazin would just duplicate i you trigger he deathrattle. It says on the card "go dormant". It's like if a card had a deathrattle "transform into a sheep and you would think it would just give you the sheep for free
No it doesn't. The text does not say it spawns anything, it says that something happens to the minion itself, so it is obvious that if you trigger the deathrattle, the minion gets transform. It's like with Malorne. Malorne says shuffle it into your deck, not shuffle a copy into your deck, that means instead of making a card, the card itself is affected, so, just like sherazin, malorne gets off the board if you trigger it's deathrattle. Just read the cards properly.
+NykowPalalum That is a fair point, hearthstone mostly doesn't make sense, but seriously, the deathrattle really only has 2 words: GO DORMANT. So I mean it's pretty obvious what you're gonna achieve bz triggering the deathrattle. Your Sherazin goes dormant.
It's not a battlecry so no. Though I could see some interseting interactions with some wild cards. Things like ancestral spirit or Baron Rivendare may make a copy of Sherazin.
3:42 I did once the same mistake but on rang 16. I still won because I had Kazakus on the hand from my Swashburglar. Managed to get 4 Potions which I used to clear the board and finished the game with my van cleef. It was a good game
