21:48 Actually considering how Megamind is an alien, there's nothing saying his sphincter would be pink. There's also no way to know it'd be blue. Human skin isn't all pink, the body is one color while the sphincter and nipples are pink. If anything Megamind would have a green sphincter and nipples, but at the same time human's lips are pink, and Megamind's lips are the same color as his skin so it might be entirely different because he's an alien. In fact, there's not even anyway to know he has a sphincter, as far as we know he could have a comnpletely different way of getting rid of excrement. The biology of Megamind will always be a mystery.
