I’ve been a fan of hers from the beginning and quite honest unashamedly so and I will continue to be she deserved to be funny girl. I’m glad she got to live her dream. I can’t wait for her Carnegie Hall concert coming up and I think she’s got another show lined up on Broadway
@@Bj-xf6jy like she the only actor that has ever been mean to people, I can name a couple of people that did things worse than her but because people want hate her is ok I do t think so
I do agree with you for the most part. We aren't victims of her abuse, so we can't speak to that. I certainly don't support it or pretend like I know exactly what happened, I don't. I can still say that she has done great work without supporting her past wrongdoings. I also do think that we should allow people who have made mistakes to grow, learn, and improve themselves going forward.
I watched a review. She was not eligible for a Tony because she was a replacement and not the original Fanny in the revival. She probably would have won otherwise. 0:19 otherwise.
@@Carpedog2206 that’s what I got out of that Lee was amazing their precious Barbara said so herself that Lee was amazing so I don’t know what they’re complaining about.
It's Barbra's role. It will always be Barbra's role. She gave it everything it ever needed. You like Lea Michelle...great. You have every right. I dont like her, which is my right. And if you think you're going to attempt to publicly humiliate me for expressing my opinion, think again. Stay in your lane.
@@tinipants2 exactly every single person who wants to criticize Lee and Michelle all I can think is can you do better cause I don’t think so. She was amazing.
100% agree with you. She has a generic Broadway belt-that's it. Streisand is a total original-vocally, of course, but in every other conceivable way as well.
@@marcevan1141 Thank you, Marc, it's always a little uncomfortable going against popular opinion. This actress is good, I'm not saying she's not ... but Streisand was more about the art, which eventually brought her the fame, and (true or not) I'm getting a feeling, that I get with a lot of my actors, they're in it for the fame first, art second; the consequence being to totally different types of performances. They're good at the art, but it's secondary by a sliver. Some viewers are more sensitive to this than others. I haven't acted in a long time (preferring directing) but when I perform, I'm grateful that people come to see it but I don't care if the house is sold out or if there's only fourteen people out there. And I could always tell if a co-actor was of the same mindset as their performances were a measure of attendance. And their abilities diminish during long runs whereas the artist's improves. I ramble when I'm tired.
@@KsnsiskKsndis it’s still nothing more than an accusation. There are no proper facts to support it and there won’t be because it’s bull crap and you can call me defensive. You can call me whatever you like but I’m not gonna believe it until I see some proper facts.
Amateuristic mockery of the original! Such a MISfired/MISguided REvival that, mercifully, is NOW has permanently ENDED & is shuttered & forgotten!! 😵💫😩🤮🔥😈🔥🤡👎⚰️ RIP!! 👎
