I love how Lea Michele landed in Jonathan Groff's lap and he put his arm around her. (: Aaaaaah... his smile just kills me. And his little claps just after. Oh how I love those two since Spring Awakening. Their chemistry is just amazing.

If any of u insult Lea Michele and say shes ugly or she can't sing well I'm sorry but she kicked butt in that preformance and if u guys think thats not true I'd like to see u try pulling those songs she sings off.
poor matt was so winded by the time he got to the end of the song, you can tell he was taking a lot of effot to get those notes out. (but the notes he got out were amazing) although this wasnt lea's best performance, it was simply WAY better than anything i can do for sure, and it was still lovely.
i have thought this before but this performance just made me really believe it. Lea looked so much like Indina Menzel when she was performing this. It was AMAZING.
Lea Michele = beyond fantastic ! I loved the Jonathan Groff moment, Will Smith grinning from ear to ear, the little wave from Jay Z and the big smile from Idina Menzel at the end ! Lea kicked it out of the park !! :D
These two artists are amazing! Mathew and Lea are the best I've seen in a while! Lea is the new Barbra Streisand! She's spectacular! I loved their performance! Thank God there are talents like them around!
I think honestly everyone loved it...Everyone seemed very happy n excited about both performaces. I saw a smile from everyone in the crowd. Fanstasico. Bravo & Brava to them both.
i think it wasn't Lea best performance... and i'm a huge fan of hers.. u can see she was excited, but she saved herself in the middle, and she's charming. i loved the spiderman thingy in the end :D
i love lea to death, but she was letting the music direct her, she wasn't directing the music. it felt like she was almost racing it and trying to keep up with it at times.
Lea is really for the theater with the quality of her voice. I could have doubts on stage plays with her singing live. She looks under pressure and nervous but she pulled it off anyways. Her face is a cross-section of Barbra and Liza.....she's suited to Funny Gurl. Hurry up before age takes its toll.....and more confidence is needed!
Matthew is so hot ! I just dont know where the sound's coming from. Its a 100% not lip-synch that i can guarantee. I don't really like the first part when Lea sang that song. The rest was mind blowing =D I prefer the Glee version.
@annonymousz I think that's just her giving a dramatic performance for that particular song . . . it's the kind of aggressiveness the song demands . . . :)
Lea sang it best "Don't bring around the cloud to rain on my parade" leave Charice out of this we all know both of them can sing its your preference. Lea is beautiful and awesome. i dont understand why you guys are wasting your time posting something about someone that is not even related to this video. that and 2 weeetards miss'd the like button.
Lea as always amazing and surprising, now, about the comments earlier about Charice be coming ... I think Leah should not to worry she is a fantastic singer .. and I think Charice is not enough time to Lea.
@MateoG7788 I agree... I LOVE Lea and I think she's an awesome performer, however I think what ruined this number for me was that we had all already seen her perform this... the same way... on Glee. Obviously everyone couldn't help but make the comparison, and despite how talented Lea is, the Glee performance was a perfect recording while this is live. She should have taken a leaf out of Matthews book and just done something completely different.
lea michele tried way too hard to copy the exact style barbara used in the orginal and it was obvious. that's why it was so awkward. if she had stuck with the way she sang it in glee, she would have destroyed matthew morrison (and spidey's) preformance, because that version has her own style and twist to it..but, no...she completely ripped off barbara. im a huge lea michele fan, but it irritates me when she does this stuff.
@JessStarbuck I really hope you're being sarcastic, because it is definitely not the mic. She needs some urgent acting lessons. Stomping around a stage with angry eyes is not acting. Especially not for that song. She did a great job singing the song on glee, and she was trying to outdo herself. The fact is she can sing live. She did Spring Awakening for a long time, but this was just horrible.

Matthew Morrison was AMAZING!! Lea Michele... not so much. I don't get it, she is SO talented, but that performance was like she was trying to prove herself or something. She looked so angry was so aggressive... Hopefully they won't cast her as Fanny Brice in the 2012 revival of Funny Girl. I love her, but she is not right for the role.
Why is Lea so out of tune/rhythm?! I know putting passion into one's music is an artist's OBLIGATION. But Lea looked and sounded almost spastic at times. So much of what one can only call rage. :(
