People judge cosplayers sadly which is a fact us cosplayers have to accept. On the bright side we get a lot of love from other cosplayers or at least people who understand it

Oh my gosh, when I cosplayed in 2020-2021 you were my idol!! I always watched your videos and I loved your cosplays! I looked up to you and hoped I could cosplay as good as you. I stopped cosplaying when i was like 11 but i still had lots of fun when i did.

Went to a really small horror con yesterday. Not too many people were cosplaying and i was cosplaying from a music video of this one metal band so nobody knew was i was. Anyway im in the lobby of the hotel this con is being held at, and my boyfriend is taling photos of my as i stand really still on this small platform. Accidentally scared some foljs because they passed by me thinking i was a display mannequin

They may have been being polite and not spoil your photo rather than being scared. I know if i see someone taking pics on the street I'd try not to photobomb them. 😂
