Ngl, this game heavily fleshes out the hierarchy and personality of droids more than the movies and even the Clone Wars tv show did to an extent. B1s, same old, I love them B2s, are more competent, and probably the most neutral in terms of personality. They follow orders and simply state whatever it is they're doing. Blunt and direct. Most of the time, with a slight hint of boasting against B1s. BXs, are aggressive and borderline tactical. They often take the lead role but they also seem to be the most arrogant and bloodthirsty. They are condescending around most droids not of the BX model, and downright hateful to the B1s. I could definitely get used to seeing them more like this.
Agree 100%. Although I noticed this game made BX droids a bit more bloodthirsty compared to how they were in the Clone Wars. Would have loved to see how Droidekas and Magnaguards interacted with and spoke to the 3 droid models you already mentioned and each other 🤔
Every time I see one of these videos I always think that these conversations are just the conversations the thugs from the Batman Arkham games have but with a Star Wars theme. I love that, because the thug conversations from Batman are hilarious and these are pretty funny too.
Except the thug conversations are usually pretty violent, like the “joker told me to kill my sister, I never liked her anyways” or the “locked down like my mother on prom night.”
If you wait for the droid at 4:38 to finish talking about his promotion and it being a dilemma, then kill him afterwards, Cal will say “Dilemma solved.”
I plan on buying an 80 dollar programable robot with a claw arm that is controllable with phone and linux and I am going to velcro a steamdeck to it and then try and clone the b1 battle droid voice so I can have a lil helper friend that collects solar power in the front yard and other menial chores
@@BeefyDodo I'm just accustomed to multiple enemy factions going "yeah we're enemies but the player's here so let's put that aside and take the player down"
