Much nicer room and a good area,,,,but its a busy cut through rood agree, and like you say electric is too high.... A kitchen would be nice at that price. A great idea to do other reviews in that area....

It would be great to see the whole place on you vlog, the way in, the entrance, the reception, lift etc, just as it would be if you you renting or buying it yourself. Keep up the good stuff 👍👍👍👍👍

I don't understand how this place has any tenants at all?!? Way over priced for what you get IMO. No amenities like pool or gym either. This place would be a last gasp option for me

hi mate, two you may want to have a look at, one on Pattaya Klang soi 10, as you turn onto the soi the hotel facing you is Mamon mansion, run by a lovely lady that used to manage high class hotels in Hong Kong, she has very good English and the rooms are big and very clean, they are available daily or weekly, the other place is on the other side of Pattaya Klang on soi 9, it is just past Taco-Taco on the right and is called Baan Kumpa, brilliant place, very clean and friendly, she has rooms by the night and by the month, electric and water included on the daily rate, there is a cut-through to soi Buakhao which takes about four minutes, the hotel is lovely and quiet and ideal for stays around one or two months, the lady owner (Tuk) and her husband are great friends and i have stayed there maybe a dozen times☝☝☝

You nailed it. Very overpriced. Maybe during high season I could see it for 2 or 3 months. This is all about location but you can, and I have gotten places with swimming pool for that or less. The electric more than double gov rate is crazy, which I beleieve is at 4.19 right now

Nice modern room but as you say overpriced by at least 2/3k p month plus silly elec pricing as shud be no more than 7bt p unit. Better value at a condo if staying long term with kitchen & pool.👀🧐😉😎🙏

Definitely not worth 12k a month. It’s room for a kitchen, sofa etc Furniture is like a beer garden seats in the uk 😂

If your there for a month it’s a know brainer I think 10 000 would be ok
