Prepare to see more crazy non-clickbait articles regarding hacks. A lot of these governments, companies, and services have very outdated infrastructure that cannot keep up with the growing threats online because they aren't maintained as well as we think. I'm ... not surprised. At all. I used to work closely with an IT team at an old job of mine. 90% of them were furries. They are weirdly prevalent in that field. And engineers for that matter. I wonder if it's sort of like how a lot of engineers are often borderline autistic, and as a result there's a lot of overlap there also.
One time i walked into a huge office for a very reputable company for a senior engineer and ops role , saw a massive Brony poster (the main one) on the wall, where i assume the IT team sat and pretty much bailed on the interview halfway through and walked out. F that. company was a payment platform
I personally haven't met that many furries at all in engineering, it's typically only in comp sci and IT that has the furries tbh. It is true that there are quite a few of engineers that are on the spectrum though.
