李登輝 sure if you want to cast to play mediocre as hell. Chun li isnt weak but she isnt that good either, you cant nerf much on cammy that wouldnt make her garbage. Chun li actually got nerfed in 3.5 for no reason, she and a lot of other characters need buffs. Cammy wasnt an issue till they overnerfed half if not most the cast. It makes the game a lot less fun too

then what you think the reason the professionals like infiltration chooses her to counter Cammy?

李登輝 obv a bad decision by infiltration. Chun’s damage is weak and her moves are very basic. Not to mention she hardly have any mix ups to make up for those weak damage outputs.

+john phillip Yu Chun-li is a normals queen when not nerfed unlike season 2. I never bought SFV, but EX+, SF2, and SF4 are good games for her. SF3 is when she's over kill. The reason I never bought SFV is because of that season 2 nerf and the push for constant online play. Cammy is weak against Chun-li because Cammy moves to much in her move set. The only thing that Chun-li needs is a no charge on any of her moves. If they got rid cof charge on fireball and spinning bird kick, she'd be great. Cammy players are fun because they allow you to explore Chun-li's quick normals that are great. That's why Infiltration won with Chun-li. If Chun-li got higher damage or more health, she would be broken like in SF3. In SF2 she's great too, but she need less charge moves if Capcom is selling her as a speed character. The quarter circle lightning legs was a good change, but her Ex should go further and through fireballs if she's going to have a slow fireball that is mostly used as a combo extender. Her fireball needs to be as good as Guile's Sonic Boom. That's her problem or spinning bird kick.

nah, no joke. MOV has better whiff punishes, better combos, better spacing and footsies(for whiff punishing) but the problem is that MOV lacks patience and lacks conditioning(of opponents). MOV should definitely take notes to fix some parts of his gameplay.
