Would there be a different way of doing the buttonhole with box pleat ?

There are a few small differences- I'll explain them when I have a moment!

@@robertmacdonaldbespokekilt3063 Great because I still am planning to change my knife pleated 79th Cameron into a box pleat although I believe a hole would not be historically correct between 1793 and 1815.
