Fusion 360 - Fence Filling (a long workflow with me rambling) 

This a workflow with some thinking and rambling from me.
Looking back I could have done the workflow in a lot of different ways like an extrude.
But I hade my mind set on making a version that is more like the image and this model would be the base for that.
