@@aggabus I use the same type of welder. the soft welding rod is feeded in. Yeah its a two step. The weldere heats the ground material with hot air, and also heat up to rod(filling material) to a certain temp inside the welder while it is feeding. You can do it in one pass. For bigger procjekt maybe go over twice.

Is the big bracket sleeve like Clamp like piece. Welded it looks like not. That bracket Would do for tying Pontoon and deck. Are Other bigger sizes available. I in North America. USA
