As someone who lives in Dallas and has Austin as a second home (before COVID & also, not literally), I’m so jealous of all that’s happening in ATX as far as verticality. Plus, Austin’s downtown street environment is so lively and active. Wish Dallas would do some of the same, but glad both cities are advancing regardless . 🙏🏼 Appreciate you making these videos. I organize all of these projects into notes myself but having a short video to send people is always easier/useful, especially when they’re not into development, so thanks for making all of these again!

They need to get rid of all parking lots in the downtown core. There should not be any wasted space

The lengths of the tower in the world in Dubai are 200 floors and more towers have 140 floors and hotels as well as 160 floors, all of their towers are the same as China, why is there a long tower in America, the use of hotels, offices and restaurants

Check w Houston and Miami and see how wonderful the tallest buildings have made them, they havent. Miami would laugh at above presentation
