Hello Simmers!
This 2 bedroom 1 bath home is a tier 3 'Tiny Home Residential'. It also is an eco home generating it's own energy. The pond is a good source of fresh fish for the non vegan sims and also the perfect place to cool off. Built on Movers & Shakers (30x20) Willow Creek.
Please use bb.moveobjects right before placing.

I have THE best neighborhoods in my sims game!! All of my lots are Schnuck builds and I love playing in them..it’s just hard to decide which one to choose because they are all so perfect❤️

I've said it before and I'll say it again..you are my absolute favorite builder for Sims. I don't even play much these days anymore but literally everything you make is My style. I would want to live in your houses and I play with them a lot when I do play. Not only that but your RU-vid speed builds are perfectly put together with cute stories, great music, good pacing and high quality. Give yourself kudos. You're amazing shhhhhhnnuckk!!!

It's a good question and no, you don't have to have it installed for everything to be rotated, it's one of the many awesome things about the mod along with not flagging the build as modded =)

Honestly, go build a funky shell and re-roof it over and over. On PC shift + c will give you more touch points to play with, holding ALT will help you fine tune heights. I have a couple roofing tutorials in my tutorial play list if you want to check them out =)
