This is so cool! Many people just copy gimmicks from the level they are making a fan remake of and copy paste everything but I like that you are actually doing your own thing while still letting it have the original levels' essence.
So far looks good, I like how you stayed true to Johnathan's gameplay style and didn't completely ruin it with flow gameplay like the Future Funk remake (doesn't even resemble Future Funk its so bad) A very rare case of a fan sequel I'm actually looking forward to
Thank you! I also don't really like flow gameplay in general. It makes the level feel generic and aimless a lot of the time. Jonathan gives a clear theme in every part, which makes them unique and memorable. I'm liking this a lot so far, too
Yeah it would make sense, but my hardest is Future Funk II. I will try to make this my hardest level. Maybe a high end insane demon, kinda like the difficulty between CraZy II and CraZy III? We'll see.

Dude this is the only time I have motivation to finish a level, and it's weird because this is a very difficult kind of level to finish lol. I will definitely continue making it though and thanks for the nice words 👍 the next preview should be ready in probably around 5 days

Actually, if you’re interested, I made a Windy Landscape sequel with 1.9 deco on my channel called “Love Landscape”. WL is my fav level of all time and I’ve beaten it hundreds of times and seven times in a row lmao. I would love some feedback from a creator, cause I’m planning to update it with some bug fixes cause by 2.2. However, not on the green part at 70, I know that’s bad haha.
looks very good, and i think the transition at 0:16 can be like uhgg instead of a pad do a jump and then the screen already appears instead of the black thing that i forgot the name ok looks like i cant explain but i was thinking about something like future funk (1)
I placed a pad there because you could jump at different times, and that causes inconsistencies with the invisible teleport portal, so there's also an option trigger that blocks p1's inputs until the transition is finished. Also I just thought that a lens circle before the black transition screen would better fit the song 👍
I actually added an effect that syncs with the ting,ting lol Basically, when you hit the dash orbs, the background tiles (which I have improved) pulse quickly in rows, from bottom to top or top to bottom, depending on what direction the dash orb is oriented in. I'm going to showcase the improved second part in the next video, together with the third part looking slightly different.
