Sakura actually acknowledged that Naruto loved her around the time that the fourth war was announced. Heck even before then, she knew Naruto liked her, she just didn't like him back because she was too busy liking Saske. Acknowledging feelings and reciprocating them are two different things. She always acknowledged, but never actually reciprocated (apart from that time she lied about loving Naruto to try and stop him going after Saske). Sorry if this sounds argumentative I'm not good at communicating online 😅😅
