Cool reaction. There is another OUT OF THIS WORLD STUNNING PERFORMANCE from Amira. It,s called "Gesu Bambino". It,s just Amira with her father at the church organ in her home town in the Netherlands. Amira with her winter coat on with no microfoon, auto tune, or other technical support what so ever. Just Amira, her father at the church organ and another person recording it with just a cell phone. She, will blow your socks off. Amira hase many more ONE OF A KIND AMAZING ,HEARTFELT FEELING AND SOUL PIERCING PERFORMANCES.

I have seen several performances of this song by other sopranos. But never where it looked so effortless. She was completely calm about it. You didn't see any effort at all.

It's breaking open doors to say that She sounds better at 16 than at 13 .You have to compare Her to others of the SAME age , and there , that makes a real criticism and a big difference....

She has one that someone cell phone recorded this year. It’s just a short clip from Phantom of the Opera in which she hits her highest not yet an “E6”. Absolutely stunning. Then another called just “amen”. Another one word song. Again so beautiful. Thanks for the reaction.

Good reaction. Amira is a super lyric soprano. Diana Ankudinova is a dramatic contralto. Amira's current range is G3 to E6 (super lyric soprano). Ankudinova's current range is C3 to B5 flat (dramatic contralto). Amira will never sing with the depth of Ankudinova. And Ankudinova will never sing in the angelic sixth octave. Amira has been a superstar since the age of 9, when each of her performances on HGT exceeded 100 million views, when at the age of 10 she performed with conductor Andre Rieu and had over half a billion views. Keep up the good work.

A few minutes ago I suggested this one after your Nessun Dorma reaction, didn't realise you'd already done it! Thank you. At the Nessun Dorma concert she also sang The Flower Duet with the South African mezzo soprano Corlea Botha. This year she sang several items at the Delft concert in the Netherlands (although she has lived in S. Africa for some years). Best wishes, JOE.

You should not react to classical-opera because you have no clue, Amira is a Soprano and the Russian pop singer is a contralto and still Amira blows her counterparts off the stage. Unamplified you will not able to hear neither Laura nor Andikonova when Amira pulls on her throttle any age already from age 9, they all will be out drowned. For example check her Amira Willighagen in School Concert 2018 and you say she had no power. Again you have no clue. And in Sweden there is no better young singer than Amira, they are amateurs in comparison almost all of them. When even Carola sings the socks of Zara who vocally is a complete joke 😀.

In your first reaction when you constantly referred to her age & her voice that sounded typical of her age, it’s obvious to us all that her voice is yet to mature, so I’m not sure why you kept mentioning it. Anyway. I’m going to suggest below, one opera & three others, just to showcase her versatility, with her age attached for your benefit. …. … Flower Duet with Cortes Botha at age 13. …. … Sound of Music Medley at age 15 …. … The Lord’s Prayer at age 16 …. … When You Wish Upon a Star at age 17. Listen to her superb Angelic , full tone notes & her incredible breath control. I note you don’t respond to any of the comments, which is a shame, as I for one feel it’s important to have some sort of recognition that we actually took the time to listen to your reaction & were willing to put our views forward & give you further recommendations. Your choice, but I'd talk less during sing, react afterwards

...hmm, you seem to have an ear but lack some things to say what you really want... First, you really are looking for a full adult voice, no matter the age of the performer, too many people look for this and It is INCORRECT. Young singers should NOT try to produce that weighted sound!!! They will have a very short career should they do this. Think of it as a string of different thicknesses tuned to the same note. Due to the difference, each will have to be tightened differently. ... pre-teen, ...teen, ...young adult, ...adult ...all these are like the strings, each with a tunning of there own. When I say it is good, it does not mean a pre-teen sounds like a full adult! The two... never will ( rem... the size of the strings ) so when I say very good, I mean for the size ...of the string they are using! Young voices should NEVER go for adult sound. ...and people who react should HELP young ones by not asking for adult sounds from young ones... Let them have time to grow and do not ask them to ...push for more sound, for this is the fastest way to break a career!

Nice reaction. But I think you missing the point a bit. Her previous performances were not about being a powerhouse. Actually far of, of being a powerhouse. Sure she had some very impressive performances, but the point is actually the discovery at nine years old and Amira's journey of a once in a lifetime artist. Yes, I think myself that this is probably the most goose bumps causing performance now. And she is not even thirty five yet. She, according somehow weird standards, has a out ten to fifteen years to go before she is concidered a master piece. Her voice is still changing. Ancient soprano's were castrated to keep singing like her. Her voice changes by the year. One of the highlights of her voice, almost unnatural and divine, was a performance when she was about 10 years old singing in a church. Look it up 🙂 "Ave Maria" composed by William Gomez in the Canisius Church in Nijmegen, Netherlands in 2015. I am interested in your reaction about her voice back than.
