@@MrBanksly you realize popping battles are freestyle right? you're free to do any style in the popping umbrella. If you really wanna get technical then Future had stronger foundation, was funkier, his moves were more difficult and he changed styles more. Plus his moves require a high level of coordination with the 3D tutting and he's doing polyrhythms and stuff too....Even if you want to make a point that nury was popping and had good musicality, Future did too. Future's musicality is better here playing with so many different timings

@@GrowingDownUnder I get where you're coming from. However, this was a popping battle, not an all styles battle. I'm not surprised he didn't get the W because she out popped him. All that extra shit is cool but stay on task. I appreciate Future's techniques and attention to detail, yet feel it wasn't conveyed well enough in one round.

@@MrBanksly I didn't say all style, I said freestyle. Freestyle means you're free to do any style improvised on the spot and popping being the category & umbrella term not literal term. So popping freestyle which is the format all popping battles are means you're free to do any style under the popping umbrella such as tutting, waving, popping, boogaloo, glides, puppet, animation, robot, strutting, etc... Popping is the dance category, freestyle is the format of the rounds. Popping freestyle....All style would be no category you'd be allowed to do locking, bboying, hip hop, popping, etc...so it's not all style it's popping freestyle.

@@MrBanksly I guess you have a point and that's prob what the judges apparently thought as well, but i do agree with GrowingDownUnder here. Future difficulty of movement was much higher, Nury looked kinda basic compared to him.

Sloppiness awarded in many of these battles. Jury duty should be limited to only 1 boogalooer per jury. Also Eun G and Soyuz should earn more stripes before judging.
