I had 1 shade, while it's a pretty shade, not a fan of the formula. This type of mud for cheeks & lips tends to be too dry for lips and the fwee blur pot falls right into this category. It's too dry and overtime the product will sink into my lip creasee. It works well as a blusher though. The set I've bought comes with a key chain where you can store some of the blur pot product, makes it more convenient to bring out. Not worth the hype.
thank you for sharing!! have you tried other brands' lip muds before? tbvh, i have yet to buy a "proper" lip mud (aka cbeauty - kaleidos, flowerknows) oh yes! i also got the keychain too when i bought the later 2. but uh, idk maybe i'm a hygiene freak (maybe lazy) but i cannot imagine sticking my dirty fingers into that portable pot 🥸 maybe i'll do a separate short or something trying the other shades as blushes.
@@itskrystle I've tried cbeauty lip & cheek muds from intoyou, red chamber, flowerknows etc. Same issue, good on cheeks but dry on lips. Intoyou muds just for lips are OK though.
@@itskrystle I've seem some people say the holika holika one is less dry on the lips. Their redly shade is next on my list to buy. I have 3 shades of the intoyou ones and they feel drying on the lips too, love them as blushers tho. Either that or as a base color for a more hidrating lip product.
@@Tsukiimy the fwee one is slightly more airy at first but will gradually suck the moisture out of my lips and my lips will shrink like some preserved plum, if you get what I mean lol. Both fwee & intoyou don't hide the lip creases too but perform well as blusher on me.
I’m unfortunately a huge fan of velvet lipsticks and ended up getting five shades of this HAHA no regrets though, bc I love all the shades I got. Finally found a muted cool tone lip I can use for everyday 🥳 Thanks for the review! Esp the silicone applicator vs finger. You just convinced me to get an applicator LOL

@@PhiLi_08 oh i think wanted to get slayy also but it was out of stock 🥲haha, do you prefer using them as a blush or lippie? i think so far my experience using them as a blush is still pretty lukewarm tbvh. it doesn't really last and i barely can notice it by the end of the day 😗
@@itskrystle I like them as both blusher and lippie bc the main reason I got them is so that I don’t have to think about temperature-matching my whole look haha My blush is slightly faded at the end of the day but it’s still there, but then again I do wear my blush slightly heavier than most
most welcome, i think the applicator is something that can be easily overlooked or "is it worth it" haha. haven't gotten the chance to get the branded ones still as the affordable $1-2 ones work just fine for me 🤓

yayy it's hereee!! i've been debating this purchase back and forth for so long lol but i think i'll just get it if it's on sale for a good price! i love a blurry lip but i'm not sure i want to carry around a brush or dirty my fingers to reapply. from what i've seen around the formula isn't super amazingly groundbreaking and i've spent my shopping budget for the month on my flower knows purchase lol (their lip cream is my fav matte lip so far) the shade range is so tempting though, some of the colours are really unique. i've been eyeing a few and film looks so pretty on you!! (quick q: would you say film is more neutral leaning rather than cool?)
yeah, i hear you! i think so far, i've only brought the applicator and pot out in my shoulder bag once (?) love how you're budgeting your spending! it's good practice. i lowkey wanna make a taobao order for flowerknows but uhm, i do not need more makeup too 🥲🤡 thank you so much love ❤️ hmm, yes i think i film is a little more neutral. tbvh, i found the shades shown online is a little too saturated or a tad bit too "extreme". so whatever shade you see online right, how it would look like irl is maybe 15-20% more toned down. hope this helps!

😂 lust is such an accurate word for all the pretty lippies we want but don't need haha! hmm, yes i remember vaguely fwee locally recalling a batch of the pots because there was a formulation issue back then. at the moment, they don't feel oily to me. (unless you're referring to the aspect of them "constantly spreading and blurring") then again, i don't have a point of reference for the older formulation. if you have a ref source, would love to be nosy and see it too 👀

Thanks for this review!! Olive Young was sold out of brushes when I bought the pots. I noticed that when I used my fingers it didn't look blurry like the videos I watched so I appreciate your comparison! I ordered the silicone brush from amazon but it says made in China, I would have expected Korea. I was wondering if you knew where your's was made?

Thank you for the review! I was intrigued by the texture and finish, but I'm not so sure if I'm willing to pay to try xD I have this dry patch circle on my top lip that bothers me so bad. Because all the pigment stains there even after the shade has faded. And it leaves this mark that makes my lip look hurt or something. Do you have any tip on how can I minimize that? I feel like no matter how much I moisturize my lips it always looks like this.
hey, thank you for watching! 🫶🏻 hmm, is it on your inner lip? i used to have this issue with 2010 korean lip tints where they stain the inner lip really well but 5-10 minutes later, it would only stain my inner lip and nothing on the outer lip, giving it a very "peeled and dry" look (?) is it something like that?
aw, thank you 🥹 i believe i used a mix of eyeshadow palettes that are purple-leaning and topped it with a korean white-base liquid glitter 🥸 check out the description box, i listed everything there.
When it comes to these lip products, I wonder if the images are manipulated a bit to make the model paler. That or if they wear concealer to tone down their own lip color. If your lips are pigmented naturally, these colors will appear different.
it's possible. as a creative in my 9-6 and i've read online that it's normal for brands to do light retouching on images (e.g editing out flyaway hairs, etc...). I'm sure for beauty, they have to use other makeup items to "replicate" the look and feel to the actual product.
I've been debating getting this, so thanks so much for the review, Krystle! For me, I worry about silicone-heavy lip tints, because I worry about inevitably ingesting silicone. Can you review the Fwee 3d volumizing gloss too? I'd be interested in your thoughts.
