tnx sooooooo much mate, I have been eying these for the past 2 weeks since I bought me a pair of MDR-Z1R. I am currently plugged in the RodeCaster Pro 2 but wanted to start exploring the world of HiFi gear. I learned so much. Tnx again. insta Subbed.
My current desktop setup is a Topping DX1 and the xDuoo MT-602. It gives me a solid DAC, a solid state amp and a tube amp. All for under $200 ( I bought both on sale at different times ). The Tube-05 seems like a bargain for the $120, with the tone controls.
Another tone control person. I think Fosi has a dedicated one too. I am a fan of these quick tools to tweak sound. I understand the purists argument but at the same time, its a quick fix for some sets.
Most seem to lean headphones but as the other person commented, xDuoo seems to talk more about IEM compatibility as they do both in their products typically.
