I wouldn't have thought a group like that was possible at that distance, in a strong gusty wind unless I'd seen it with my own eye's. That's a good gun with a good shooter:-)
Hi Shane, really enjoy watching your videos and the in depth knowledge you have about Air rifles, and enjoy chatting to you on Cb radio, Paul form Exhall.
Heyup Shane, pretty slick at 💯 yds, definitely room for improvement on a still day, at least you've got the right level of gun for even attempting that distance, quality enjoyable real sub 12ft/lb shooting mate, cheers, Jon 👍 👍 Hawkeseyetv 👍😁
Thanks Jon, I look forward to reshooting on a calm day , I think I’ll get a group of around 3 inches , is my guess , and I’m gonna buy a spotting scope to see we’re the pellets go so I can make adjustments while shooting,,, cheers Shane
Hi Shane great shooting just found your channel and subscribed I’ve enjoyed watching you’re videos ime from burton so might come and try that range soon keep the videos coming 👍
Well done Shane, not bad at all considering the extent of that wind, I think you'll surprise yourself next time on a calm day. I think you made a good choice with the dreamline. Oh and how are you finding using the mag instead of single loading, no issues I hope. Thanks for the video. Bob.
Thanks Bob , I’m amazed how fast you can go through 22 pellets , but will soon be back to normal with single shot loading , I can get more composed and better concentration, I’m looking forward to re shoot on a calm day , to see how tight I can get the group , and also in the future plan to but a barrel tuner , balancer and experiment with that also at long range ,, thanks for the comment Shane
I never see any point whatsoever in using a sub 12 rifle at this range outside, you wouldn’t hunt anywhere near this and there’s no accuracy with any rifle- just use a much smaller target at 30-40 yards with a 6mm bull, or get an FAC and shoot centre-fire if you want to shoot out to long ranges.
