This is a real Ferrari FXX, it has been modificated. This car has Quieter exhaust, normal cut tires, indicators, rear view cameras and the inside had also been re-done slightly which included normal seat belts.
You can garage an FXX anywhere. The idea Ferrari controls them is a myth. Through the program, factory support is given at XX Program events (this includes the 599XX.) Without having the car to service and go over telemetry data (this car was a test-bed for Ferrari), the factory can do little in the way of making the cars suit their purpose. So, most owners keep their cars in the care of the factory while there have been a handful or more who have had the cars at a private residence.
Fxx are un-registerable track only vehicles, the only "fxx" youll ever see on the street are enzo's with a fxx kit, which is common. Fxx has tiny little tail lights low to the ground, as youll see in these "fxx"s the dual tails are just under the spoiler..dead giveaway enzo tail lights.
FXX Converted to street legal !! There is only 2 in the world which Ferrari doesn't have. You can do what ever you want with the car, but if it breaks down which it will then don't expect Ferrari to fix it LOL.

I doubt that's a real FXX, it's tail lights are far too small to be driven on public roads. I also doubt Ferrari was willing to build a street legal version of a race car. That FXX would be far too loud to be driven on public roads. My two cents anyway.
i believe the only legal fxx is the zxx ,and its yellow and theres only like 2 in the world.so as you said it probably is a modified enzo or a downgraded fxx
the fxx program ended 2 months before the laferrari got launched who ever wanted it ferrari made it road legal (just some lights and a muffler for obvious reasons)

Best looking Ferrari's ever made thus far are the new F12 Berlinetta, the 599 GTO, and the 550/575 Maranello's...ALL other Ferrari fall short to Aston, Jag, Merc, BMW sex appeal.

That's because this isn't an actual FXX, it's an Enzo with a bodykit,. Also the FXX isn't even road legal, it's a full race car, it's not a matter of Ferrari allowing it in public roads.

There is only one street legal FXX in the world. It’s owned by Guy Marten and it’s red. This one isn’t even street legal so, let’s hope that gold digger doesn’t get her car impounded.
