Incase u didn't find any pricing a new car is close to 20 grand now if not over 20 grand. But it's actually very bug in the US depending on where you live. On the east coast they tend to have more legends than anywhere else on oval. The only thing bad abt these cars is they don't seem to get the respect they should compared to sprint cars or late models.

Im onto doing it myself, just google and contact teams/organizers. Some people maybe let you testdrive a bit, or buy one and take it to the track. Used ones aren‘t that expensive
Try to be as smooth as possible, learn to not be on the brakes in the corner. Be smooth getting on and off throttle, and use little wheel movement to get the car to do what you want. The more your turn the wheel, the more speed you are scrubbing away
Like a racecar, sequential gearbox. So conventional clutch is used for starting/stopping, gear changes can be done without clutch, either through a quickshifter/blipper or with skill ;)
@@derjaxxer would it be miserable on a road use car? i have a MG midget roller, and i thought the engine and driveline from a FZ09 would be perfect for it.
