How did you get the tachometer set for your rpm? I did a carbed LS swap and ran the gauge cluster green wire straight to the white wire #14 on the factory harness. Rpm is just flashing 8 cylinder
I just ordered one my original with led’s when my bass hits causes them to blink I have for so many years just swap em out today I was able to get on for a sweet deal I will re watch this and put it together another guy on RU-vid shared a plug and play method with a 15 pin harness that’s on Amazon pretty slick but I’ll keep you post .Maryland showing a little ❤💪🏾
@@ruger909sanbernardino4 Personally I would just tap into the wires in the dash to save some 💵. But I’m sure you can find the plug and play for it online.
@@14K-h3v thankyou I'm going in on it today you been a great help with the videos and replying @intellitronix should sponsor you their isn't much information out here to wire these clusters 💯
@@14K-h3vyou had to buy extra wire to run from the back of the digi gauge to the battery right? I noticed my factory harness does not have a red hot wire to connect to
Sorry bro. The four black buttons that on it, one is for hours, minutes, settings, and a set button. So what I do was while I was driving I hit the settings button until Cal comes up on the dash then I pull up my gps on my phone and when I drove 1 mile I hit the Set button and it calibrates it.
@@14K-h3v No shit I might do that I appreciate you Im not much for videos but maybe I know this much only thing workin on my cluster is the speedo/turn indicators Have aftermarket oil/water/temp/rpm So yeah man lookin forward to a nicer cleaner look, and that 💩 looks DOPE! G bodys keepin personality in Peeps for generations. Thanks again big dog👍💪💪🇺🇸🇺🇸
@@14K-h3vdid the 4 screw holes from the circuit board line up to the screw holes on your factory plastic housing, or did you have to drill holes in the plastic housing? I guess Im having trouble with the holes lining up. Great instructional video tho bro!!💪🏾
@@LReese-de4wt The holes line up perfectly, everything has to come out of the housing! The wires can slip through the hole without cutting anything as well.
I just found out from Intellitronix if you have the rally cluster (442 style) vs the standard factory cluster you have in this video, there's a different mounting kit and acrylic piece needed from Intellitronix. Or else their digi dash won't mount correctly. Same circuit board and wires tho....worth noting to the g body cutlass gang
