Him using unaged, straight corn whiskey is interesting. It wouldn’t have the iconic wood taste that bourbon is known for and would actually taste pretty sweet, and if it’s filtered well, then it more than likely has very little nail polish remover taste and probably makes a good martini. Weird choice using moonshine in a martini, but I wanna try it now. Imagine if he made a perfect martini with dry and sweet vermouth, the whiskey would have really shined.

Im honestly impressed he poured the stillhouse the correct way. Ive seen friends and even bar tenders try to pour it out with the nozzle on the bottom and its just not correct. splashing and spilling and even leakage. NOT IN MY STILLHOUSE.
