I think she's the most relatable idol. She prefers to be as natural as possible, always seem to wear the same comfortable clothes, doesn't care to speak her mind if the situation calls for it, has no problem interacting with others(disregarding korean hierarchy, except in some formal situations like going on certain shows or even awards) and eats what she wants when she wants. She can also be savage.

Shu's never been underweight, at least since debut. Her size does vary on the larger side during different periods though, especially since 2020~2021.

People need to remember she may be 20 in Korean age, but for the rest of us in the “Regular World”, she’s just a 19 year old girl. That’s only 1year out of high school for us in the U.S. She’s a kid trying to fulfill everyone’s standards of perfection ALL THE TIME because there’s a camera being jammed in her face EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF THE DAY! Give her a break and the freedom from perfection every now and then!💪🏻🤘🏻
