Carrots used in Korea and Japan are usually that size. If you Google it, you'll realize that is true. Most people don't know that basic vegetables are different by country. I was surprised to see the American carrot because it was too small 😊😊

Soyeon is me back when I was kid when I really hated to eat veggies except for potatoes. When I started to play competitively for gymnastics, that's when I learned that I needed to change my eatings that I have to choose healthier options helping me to stay in shape and that I'll be able to perform at my best and also, help improve my mental strength.

I really only like what are called here “English” cucumbers, and it should go without saying that all produce should be sufficiently washed before consumption (not saying you don’t personally do that, obviously-just a good rule).
