You gotta watch her on the episode with the deserted island cuz she was definitely more resourceful than I would have ever expected. That’s why I knew she wasn’t gonna freak out with the octopus in this episode. Lol
Her maknae cuteness is tops! I still love how she continued to cheerfully do her dance/tasks while Miyeon & Yuqi argued and wrestled next to her in those classic vlive clips!
The funniest part of this episode was Minnie being hesitant of sipping on the wine but ten minutes later she's at the back casually finishing the cup LMAOOO best episode by far, I hope they make more in the future
The rest of the members: showing up because they just want to know what Soyeon has been doing out in the boonies every week and check up on her. Soyeon: immediately puts them to work without even saying 'hi'. Luckily Miyeon showed up with some big unni energy.
I've never understood Miyeon's role as big sister since she is very childish and princess like (in a good way), until I saw her in that survivor show in a deserted island show. She knows how to take care of her group in her own unique way.
나이드신 동네 어르신들, 겉으로는 그 행복함을 표현 못하지만, 실제로 소연이가 저렇게 가서 한번 봉사공연을 해주면, 저 기억이 어르신들 마음속에 몇년은 갑니다. 큰 행복감을 주시고 온게 맞아요. 하여튼, 소연이 다시봐야겠고, 화려함은 처음엔 달지 몰라도, 나중엔 굉장히 씹습니다. 반면에 저 동네에서의 초라함은 여자아이들에겐 나중에 큰 아름다움으로 찿아올겁니다. 꼭 예전에 걸그룹들이 대거 출연한 방송 프로그램이 생각나네요. "청춘불패" 라는 그 방송이 갑자기 그리워지네요.

"Don't act like you don't know us once you succeed." I wanted to laugh at that, but a tear came out instead. These quiet village people are the best and this show is wonderful! Truly Chef Sso and her friends in I-Dle are changing hearts. Neverland forever!
I'm still surprise how Soyeon can do such things from being an all rounder idol to basic cooking. My bias never fails to surprise me. Making me to like her more as an idol. Meanwhile, Miyeon as the eldest does her task diligently. She's so mature. Other members as usual are so chaotic and funny yet they tried their best.
with the recent news of Soyeon's own grandmother passing I think these grandmas helped Soyeon way more than she helped them. I really believe cooking food and spending time with them and building a relationship with the village helped to ease her loss and provide a little bit of healing. I'm also glad the rest of the members came too, you can tell they all really enjoyed it and got a little bit of healing from it as well
안녕하세요. 우연히 영상 처음부터 끝까지 보았습니다. 저는 요즘 젊은 아이돌 가수분들의 팀명이나 성함들을 모르고 살고 있습니다. 제가 초등학교나 중학교 때는 H.O.T 핑클 이런 그룹들이 인기가 있었습니다. 마을 어르신들께 음식을 대접하기 위해 서투르지만 고군분투하고 더운 날씨에 열심히 준비하는 이 분들을 보고 너무 감동 받았습니다. 화려한 무대도 아닌 자갈밭에서 스포트 라이트 하나 없는 마당에서 … 노래를 하며 춤까지 선보이는 이 분들이 진짜 프로라고 생각됩니다. 아무리 단발성 기획에 의한 연출이어도 이런 콘텐츠는 요즘 이런 각박한 사회에 정말 필요하다고 생각합니다. 정말 잘 보았습니다. 감사합니다.

영지 지락실보다가 알고리즘을 타고 영지 쏘리사 편 보고 어쩌다 여기까지 타고 오게됐는데 전소연이라는 연예인한테 입덕하게될것같다 소연이는 참 좋은 사람인것같다 영지가 파를 선물이라고 줄때도 전혀 망설임없이 너무 고맙다고 좋아하는 모습, 본인도 성격이 막 그렇게 싹싹한 편도 아닌거같은데 어르신들한테 열심히 다가가고 말거는 모습… 겉으론 안그래보여도 은근 속이 깊은게 참 많이 묻어나온다 소연이의 이런 모습을 방송에서 더 많이 보고싶다
More people doesn't always translate into to more help. 😅 I like how miyeon is the only one not freaking out over the work, really showing her senior status. Instead, she is upset no one is greeting her. 😂
And Miyeon already handled similar tasks in Deserted Island Survivor where she cooks using basic equipment, hunted abalone and live octopus, eats with twigs, and even makes a small wash basin; wild princess, not just bling princess.
finally a episode with all the members in it! I hope Soyeon’s cooking show can continue on, as it was the only thing I looked forward to every Wednesday
After watching this, I admitted that I cried 😂 Seeing Soyeon and Idle are so loved by the elders is very precious. Thank you for such a heartwarming program. Looking forward to Soyeon's return soon.
Soyeon is such a good leader. I would've been screaming at people if I was giving instructions and they were not paying full attention AND we are running on deadline. She's amazing and so are her members for being noisy yet fully helpful 😅
I’m really into gidle these days. They are just so RAW, CHAOTIC yet Heartwarming. I always tune in to all their individual shows and I can say they are meant to be in a group. Fighting GIDLE
소연이가 매 회차 마다 말했던 '이 프로그램을 위해선 똥도 먹을수 있어' 가 진심이었다. 마지막에 멤버들 말 들으니 소연이가 이 프로그램을 정말정말 좋아하나보다... 행복해하는 소연이의 모습을 보니 마음이 같이 뭉클해진다. 쏘리사 정말 다시 볼 수 있는거죠? 시즌2 늘 기다릴게요.
Soyeon, besides perfect line distribution, did a perfect work distribution too. Korean Miyeon wouldn't be afraid of octopus and Yuqi has that 'go at them' attitude to tackle any challenge. Also Minnie and Shuhua took good care of the chickens, a cleaner job and well fitting for them. Together, they can really do everything. Even make aunties say your kimchi is good 😂
I don't know why I was crying what the part that (G)I-DLE politely invited the villagers to have dinner and sang happily for them. They are so adorable and pure! Love our girls so much!!!! Soyeon is born to be a leader!!!!

as a korean i can confirm that 삼계탕 is a super heart-warming and traditional dish! its a really hot dish, but its best to eat it in the summer! i love how soyeon and the others were able to cook for the elders again!
I think this is the first time I'm writing such a comment. This episode was one of the most enjoyable episodes I've seen . The love for sharing food, talking with people, dancing, and singing had me smiling throughout the show. Watching this at the beginning of my day, I think it made my day. Thank you for creating this!
I just love G-Idle. This is what we call being passionate about performance and giving the all-round show. I haven't seen any other group do this much. Soyeon, you are unique and the group members are too unique and that's what makes this group wholesome.
쏘리사님, 음악 천재인 줄 알았는데, 음식 천재였네... 게다가 스윗하기까지 어릴때 외가집 마당에서 어른들 아이들 다 모여서 놀던 기억나네요... 가마솥 걸어 닭 푹 삶고, 옆에서는 숯불피워 고기 구워서 음식 나눠 먹었었는데... ㅎㅎㅎ 분위기 얼큰해지면, 어른들이 "용돈줄께 얘들아 장기자랑 한번 해봐라" 하시면, 빼는 애들도 있고, 서로 하겠다고 나서던 형누나동생들 기억이 새록새록 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ
Soyeon is my bias and I fell so happy when I see her happy, the members did a great job ,and seeing them caring about how happy soyeon looked is so cute,loved the episod😭😭💋
