The opening theme from an imaginary 1987 season IF the cartoon continued to be produced by Sunbow after the movie. It uses mostly toy and comic book commercial footage from 1987. This is essentially co-produced by @3djoes and other channels!

i'm still hopin this will happen some day, we have retro-cartoons coming out of the woorwork, X-men 97 etc, so why not proper Sunbow season 3 after all that long wait ;)

There's soo many new characters from the '87 line that it would have been cool to see in the Sunbow cartoon if it continued,oh what might have been.

1987 was the last year for masters of the universe, and the year both transformers and GI Joe began to decline, damn those turtles😂

I wonder who would have been leading cobra by this time had it happened Battle armour CC or Serpentor?, they were both seen in commercial footage arguing over a plan

Your using the Dialogue cobra and Destro but during season 3 Destro was still part of cobra and Serpentor still existed

@@marshallwood2968 Yes that did cross my mind a little but something about that version of the song fit better the editing better. Plus this is a “made up” season so it didn’t have to match any existing storyline. The first time I used that version it fit with the Iron Grenadiers being around. Also, the 1983 mini series first used that one and Destro wasn’t really separate from Cobra.
