Dance film-directing veteran Jon Chu takes a crack at G.I. Joe in this sequel to Stephen Sommers' blockbuster 2009 film. Tbf actual suppressed weapons are only auible up close (if they're done correctly) to where you just hear the firing pin, so to do it correctly you'd have to show the enimes being killed by it rather than the person who's shooting it. Imo that'd be a lame scene so its probably why directors don't bother making it realistic.

We would want to see more Joes: Dusty, Mutt & Junkyard, Shipwreck, Stalker, Airborne, Deep Six, Blowtorch, Airtight, Beach Head, Cross-Country, Snow Job, Spirit, Quick Kick, Tunnel Rat, Wild Bill, Sgt. Slaughter, Rock N Roll, Leatherneck, Iceberg, Gung-Ho, Flash, Footloose, Doc, Ace, Dial Tone and more Joes. We would want to see more Cobras: Major Bludd, Crimson Twins(Tomax and Xamot), Wild Weasel, Serpentor, Cooperhead and more Cobras.

I assume the old hostage at gunpoint scene is bullshit in real life. At that short a distance, with a non-moving target, anyone with military training could safely make that shot. As for the hostage taker, can you rig a gun trigger like a dead mans switch? Just curious.

Well not “anyone with military training” but since these guys are all Spec ops on a level equal to the real life Delta Force, they’d definitely be able to make this shot.
