I think gfriend is the only girl group who is not afraid to eat on vids. And they eat a lot! Im so happy (& hungry) whenever i see them eat. They make any food look delicious
They are all on diets. The next day they will not eat at all, or have not eaten since morning. In the video about the recording of "What do you believe in", Eunha said that all the girls but her hadn't eaten since morning.
They're just not on strict diets anymore like other idols, which at least, is nicer to see. Even if they don't eat much to diet (while it not good), they aren't limited to foods they want to eat

and plus, if they’re on diets in this video they won’t let them eat this much. even qhen they were on diets like 5-6 years ago they wouldn’t even give them a palm sized walnut pie

This is a whole culture of starvation by k-pop idols and actors and even ordinary women. Literally starving yourself. Food for the camera, and then a long period of non-eating. They may not, but it is difficult to maintain a conscious picture of themselves when everyone around you is underweight. Yerin looks the healthiest. I'm never sure if they eat only to the camera.

I mean in RU-vid live they were doing some album stuff while eating corndogs and then some of the members asked the staff to send some to gfriend too.. But because of some problematic fans. They changed the subtitles from 'Gfriend' to 'protocol team' so that no more problem will be their. Btw you do understand the meaning of "problematic" right? So this happened and now in this video it is proven that the boys meant gfriend. So the buddys armys are making fun of it now. LMAO.
Wow Sowon is really on another level. If it was me I would have starved the whole day just for the photoshoot.
