sir i was trying to update on line with pc utility and all done and when i put sd card back to my gscan 2 its says please insert card and not working when i seee my sd card all updates i found there is no main program its shows 0 mb no data please help i try to call my local dealer no answer they said we will to talk to you maintenance please how can i download main programe for my g scan 2 to work
Buenas tardes tuve un problema al actualizar mi G-Scan 1 tiene memoria de 2gb. necesita más espacio lo formateo mi memoria de 2 y actualizo a medias no lo completo. Lo hice con pc utility. Cambie la memoria a una de 4 lo completo ahi pero no lo reconoce Que puedo hacer? Le agradecería su ayuda por favor

+Alejandro Santelises If your Mexican distributor provides the latest update files contained in a DVD or a memory stick, you can use them by selecting Offline upodate. However, if this kind of support is not available, you can simply go for Online update. Make sure to check if your G-scan is registered properly before downloading the late version updates.
+gin Lasmarias I didn't mention the downside of buying from Dubai because it was not a part of your question. But just be reminded that a scan tool like G-scan requires close support from the distributor for maintenance, tech support, repair and service. And the local distributor in Philippines is not responsible for providng such support for the products that they have not sold, therefore in case you need any assistance fromt the distributor, you may have to contact the original distributor in Dubai each time.

Greetings, I would like to update my Gscan 1 device, but my distributor cannot sell it to me. I was told to contact the manufacturer, but I receive no reply. I am in the USA. I have tried a USA and Canadian distributor, and they say the same thing. Is my device no longer updateable? Bob

@@ZenithDiagnosticScanTool Thank you for the video. I am interested in vehicle diagnostics and I have question about g-scan operation and updates procedure. If I buy a G-scan diagnostic scanner it means that I will have to update the software even for the model I was able to diagnose? Some scan tool continue to work for the older model and require updates for newer model after its manufacturing. How much is the cost to update G_scan ? It sounds that G_scan can be the good diagnostic tool but I would like to make a good choice among other scanner tools such as launch, autel maxisys in term of their operation and updates conditions. Last question is : Can I found G-scan 2 from Amazon or another platform from USA?
