Casio is having solar powered watches for over a decade now. Very surprised companies like Apple doesn’t have this technology yet on their IPhone watches. Let’s hope one day our phones will work on solar energy too. I’m a proud owner of several Casio’s (G shock, Edifice and Trekking watch) The oldest G shock is 20 years old and still works perfectly and indestructible what you can expect from a G shock.

Hi, thanks for the review on the watch, I have the same color & you are right. Its brilliant for the functions it has in it. Like the option you showed with regards to the change of display for the heart rate monitor. Only wish that their access for the notifications would be bit easier. Also sleep monitor would be a good add on.

I love mine...I dont care for the words HEART RATE and SOLAR POWERED in Red...but I can live with it. I dont like Garmin but love Carsio's and G-Shocks.

Hi excellent video everthing i wanted to know loving this watch got it fri hope casio update with new features like time record as per rangeman GW9400 hourly time signal but thats just me unusual for a g shock not to have this function was thinking about purchasing white strap for a change finally you cant just have one G SHOCK lol

Hi, thanks for the review. I bought mine a few days ago and love it so far. I have seen though that when the watch is on the main screen (date and time only) every second the screen intensity seems to slightly dim and brighten with every second... slightly up and slightly down... exactly at the turn of every second... did anyone else detect this?

Hi admin, love your reviews about this watch. I have a question to ask you something about this watch. Before that, just want to tell you that i love this watch design, very neat and beautiful to me. Also smart features are superb. But i dont do sports/exercise/fitness things. My question, should i buy this watch for normal daily use like using normal watch? Does it is like waste of money if i'm purchase it but don't using their features? Or should i just buy normal watch? What is your opinions and suggestions about it based on my questions? Thank you.

Good day . Could someone who has this watch tell me if the battery bars are charged on this watch while it is being recharged from the sun or not? It is that the battery tells me Low and the bars do not charge, I have been using it for 2 or 3 days and the battery level does not rise. And another question is when you press the light button, how many light leds turn on? I feel that it does not illuminate much, 2 leds light up. Austerea how many?

Maybe all smart watch today basically a device that sooner or later died and you replace because the battery not replaceable even when you bring it to the service center. Since this is G-shock and they're a watch brand I hope they put some thought into the longevity of this. I have a 20 years G-shock, I hope I can expect the same from this.

Heartrate sensor is so inaccurate I returned it. For a fitness watch, that's the main function. I wore a Garmin heart rate strap with a wahoo element on my MTB which gives accurate readings. This watch never came close and had me 20bpm above my max heart rate when I was descending!!!! Good looking watch with a nice big plain screen, but for fitness it's useless.

Anybody can advise Gshock watch with heart rate and blood pressure measuring?

It is an amazing watch indeed, but the price doesnt justify it. There are smartwatches out there which can do much more with half the price. If they bring down the cost then its a really good rugged watch.

Hi what is the vibration strength like? Is it adjustable?

You've been using this for two weeks and you still think that the blinking Bluetooth signal means you're connected? Bs homie. It means that you are disconnected and it's searching for the signal, which is a pain in the ass sin e my g shock move is always disconnecting. I hate the all and I can't stant the setup on this watch. Not bad for the first try but needs soooo much improvement. Mostly the app needs work. Also the notification it the 7th item in the menu, not so easy to check. Also the split time sucks without any hundredths of a second counter. Solar power is only good without the heart rate monitor on and the GPS off. I love it still because it's a g shock and for outdoor use its fine. I get a notification and at least use it to see what it is a d if I need to pull out the phone. Heart rate monitor had me at 160 bpm and my active 2 had me at 68 bpm, I was laying in bed at the time. Lots of sensors need to be set, like the altimeter, I went to the beach to se it, then to 1000 meters a d it was spot on yet when I went back to the beach later the same day I was in the water standing and the watch read I was at 53 meters... Yeah... Some of these features work but other than the compass, which it performs great I won't trust all the time.

You must be permanently set in a region otherwise the clock will not work at Parameters😏and will give you errors regarding the Satellite connection😏 I am Romanian and I work in the UK I bought the watch but I send it back because when I move to Romania I can no longer use the watch because it is registered/UK!
