The G Slot is designed to improve forearm rotation and external shoulder rotation. You can expect to improve shot stability, club head speed, and accuracy. This golf training aid has two parts that work together, the form rotator (on the forearm) and the g slot (through the armpit). This device will make an audible "pop" when you move your arms in to flexion or extension as a part of these drills from George Gankas.
