Hi! My macbook pro m2 2023 running Sonoma OS doesn't work. Do you know how to fix this please? I followed the instructions. Downloaded the driver and utility, restarted the computer, connected the device to laptop, still doesn't work.

So this is considered an external hdd and not a NAS !

silent or quiet, I think is an exaggeration. Fan noise is crazy loud. At least with mine.😭
